Rarely do I post "local notes", but today? When it makes more sense to use the Beaufort Scale to measure the wind conditions rather than "forecast calls for 30mph"; and when I can say "Force 8" (sustained much of the day); yep, I'll post about the weather here in CentralCaliLand.
